Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 4-8 business days of order receipt. Any order containing Personalized items will ship in 1-2 weeks. It takes a little time to create personalized perfection. :)
Processing times may take longer for some non-custom items and will be specified in the product descriptions.
Some items are eligible for rush processing for an additional charge. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need your order rushed.
Products may arrive in separate shipments.
Please email us for shipping costs for orders to be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or international.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, must be in good condition and in the original packaging. RETURNS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITH AN AUTHORIZED RMA #. Please email us at email@example.com to start the return process. Return shipping costs will not be covered. We will refund the entire cost of the items being returned once they are received and condition of products can be verified.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND CLOTHING. We made it special just for you.
Items broken in transit will be replaced. Proof of the damage, such as a picture of the damaged items, will be required.
We can only accept one coupon code per order and coupons must be applied at the time the order is submitted.
